My love of recruiting started 15+ years ago as a creative recruiter. Since then, I’ve had the privilege to work within startups, brands, agencies, and as an independent consultant. My clients have all been from different sectors but rooted in creative communications, media and technology.
I’ve hired thousands of candidates from all stages of their career. Led large recruiting teams in-house and built successful recruiting businesses from the ground up. I’m always up for a challenge, and navigating a ‘mission impossible’ scenario is an area I thrive in!

I have spent the past 5 years at Spotify driving forward innovative growth in the Music, Podcasting, and Content verticals, building teams internationally, developing support ecosystems for various genres of music, and tackling the podcasting world, leading recruitment for shows like Call Her Daddy and The Ringer. Prior, I supported networks like E!, Bravo, USA, and Syfy at NBCUniversal, by cultivating culture through diverse employee programs, and seamlessly onboarding new tech to the conglomerate.
My approach is always to create deeply trusting relationships with the clients and businesses that I support, learning the ecosystem in which they operate and its associated challenges and opportunities. Through this level of understanding and thought-partnership, I am able to drive forward innovative change.
