I’ve hired thousands of candidates from all stages of their career. Led large recruiting teams in-house and built successful recruiting businesses from the ground up. I’m always up for a challenge, and navigating a ‘mission impossible’ scenario is an area I thrive in!

My career journey began in advertising 10 years ago in Los Angeles. I pivoted to the recruitment side to match my ambition to solve business problems while centering what is most important in every industry: the people.
I’ve worked in both staffing agencies and in-house helping business leaders navigate tough hiring decisions and large business growth initiatives. My experience is based in creative and go-to- market hiring. I’m obsessed with good taste and ambition.

I have spent the past 5 years at Spotify driving forward innovative growth in the Music, Podcasting and Content verticals, building teams internationally, developing support ecosystems for various genres of music, and tackling the podcasting world, leading recruitment for shows like Call Her Daddy and The Ringer. Prior, I supported networks like E!, Bravo, USA, and Syfy at NBCUniversal, by cultivating culture through diverse employee programs, and seamlessly onboarding new tech to the conglomerate.
