We have led large recruiting teams in highly matrixed organizations, and we have built and scaled successful recruiting businesses from the ground up - a few times. The Change Agents was created to offer our clients the best of both worlds - a trusted embedded partnership, and the sophistication of white glove executive recruitment consulting services.
We are candidate advocates and client whisperers. We foster strong internal relationships and bring teams together through an efficient and compassionate hiring process. We are relationship builders at our core: we serve as a vital bridge partnering with internal recruiting teams and key stakeholders.

The Origination of The Change Agents
The Change Agents was founded in 2022 by Tiffany Tagle and Fanni Gabor. Together they built The Change Agents, Grounded Through Change, and The Academy before Fanni decided to step back from recruiting and The Change Agents to focus on Mindfully Transform. We are fortunate to still have her support in the continued growth of TCA, and we are still stronger together!

My love of recruiting started 15+ years ago as a creative recruiter. Since then, I’ve had the privilege to work within startups, brands, agencies, and as an independent consultant. My clients have all been from different sectors but rooted in creative communications and technology. I’ve hired thousands of candidates from all stages of their career. Led large recruiting teams in-house and built successful recruiting businesses from the ground up. I'm always up for a challenge, and navigating a 'mission impossible' scenario is an area I thrive in!
My approach to working with clients and candidates is to ensure they feel supported throughout the entire hiring process. As Founder of The Change Agents I am committed to providing a bespoke approach to recruitment. Accessible and impactful educational resources via The Academy, and inspiring conversations rooted in transformation via Grounded Through Change.

Most recently, I have spent the past 5 years driving forward innovative growth in the Music and Podcasting verticals at Spotify, building teams internationally, developing support eco-systems for various genres of music, and tackling the podcasting world, leading recruitment for shows like Call Her Daddy and The Ringer.
Prior, I supported networks like E!, Bravo, USA, & Syfy at NBCUniversal, by cultivating culture through diverse employee programs, and seamlessly on-boarding new tech to the conglomerate. My approach is always to create deeply trusting relationships with the clients and businesses that I support, in a way that allows me to tackle barriers and empower aspirations.

Marketing + Operations Coordinator
I am the Marketing and Operations Coordinator at TCA. In my role, I get to wear many hats, but most of my day is focused on content marketing and strategizing on how best to position the TCA brand across various channels and platforms.
Prior to joining TCA, I launched my own accessories business- Bini Designs. I am from northern New Jersey and I'm a recent graduate of Penn State University, with a degree in Marketing. During my time at Penn State, I was an active member of my sorority - Kappa Delta Sorority, and a part of Women in Business.

Founding Agent & Lead Growth Officer
Fanni continues to support business and community development for TCA. She is also the Founder of Mindfully Transform where she works in person with high-performing leaders in technology on stress and relationship management, boundaries, strength, and vulnerability. Her unique approach weaves together components of coaching, mindfulness, improvisation, and movement.
Her mindfulness meditation and breathwork sessions help teams realign and find calm on work retreats and offsites. She facilitates group workshops focused on improvisational games to bring co-workers together, foster diversity and inclusion, teach critical skills of active listening, public speaking, and empathy. She coaches leaders who want to “walk the talk” over IRL walks in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Fanni has a background in recruitment and HR. Her native language is Hungarian. She hosts a podcast “The Company We Keep,” and is getting increasingly better at stand-up comedy. Catch her in SF, and see for yourself!
