We curate a seamless interview process for the candidate and your hiring teams. We handle all interview coordination and provide preparation portals for both clients and candidates. We will ensure that all parties are prepared and excited to move forward in the process.

We meet with the hiring teams and hold a calibration to discuss each candidate interview. We require all participants of the process to provide feedback no later than 24 hours after meeting with the candidate. We determine the outcome and convey prompt feedback and next steps to the candidates in process.

We release all other candidates from the process in a compassionate manner, and extend an offer to your finalist. We stay committed to a successful transition beyond the signing of the offer. We are on standby for both your team and your new employee for up to 90 days post-offer signing.
